Duties and Responsibilities:

● Oversee general store and kitchen operations, including drinks and food preparation.
● Handle opening and closing duties.
● Ensure a positive customer experience.
● Operate the cashier and address customer inquiries.
● Prepare food and beverages.
● Attend monthly employee meetings.
● Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in both the store and kitchen.

Work Schedule:

● To be determined; minimum 20–30 hours per week.

Compensation:

● $9–$16 per hour, plus tips, based on experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bilingual skills preferred; must be authorized to work in the US.
● Must be 16 years of age or older.
● Availability required on weeknights and weekends.
● Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities are essential.
● Ensure adherence to standards for drink quality, customer experience, and health and safety.
● Respond effectively to customer feedback and complaints.
● Quick learner, team player, and able to follow store procedures and policies.
● Demonstrates responsibility, self-discipline, efficiency, and a proactive attitude.
● Capable of multitasking and remaining calm in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
